摘 要:目的探索快速有效的内镜器械清洗方法,促进硬式内镜器械的规范清洗。方法采用临床实验比较硬式内镜器械规范清洗、多酶超声6min和多酶超声3min3种不同清洗方法的清洗效果,清洗效果采用Pro-tect M培养检测、杰力试纸检测。结果规范清洗组阳性率为45.0%(Pro-tect M培养检测)和40.0%(杰力试纸检测),多酶超声6min组阳性率为15.0%(Pro-tect M培养检测)和18.3%(杰力试纸检测),多酶超声3min组阳性率为20.0%(Pro-tect M培养检测)和33.3%(杰力试纸检测);3种清洗方法之检测结果分别采用检验和完全随机设计多个样本比较的Kruskal-Wallis H检验进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改进流程多酶超声6min组和多酶超声3min组其清洗效果均优于规范清洗组,多酶超声6min组和多酶超声3min组两组之间其清洗效果无显著差异,建议临床采用多酶超声3min的改进流程清洗手术室硬式内镜器械。[Objective] To explore a rapid and effective cleaning method of endoscopic equipment, and promote the norm washing of rigid endoscopic equipment. [Methods] To effieaeies of norm washing, 6 min multi-enzyme soaking and 3 min multi-enzyme soaking of rigid endoseopie equipment were compared in elinieal trials. The washing effects were detected by Pro-teet M detection and Jie Li paper detection respectively. [Results] The positive deteetion rates in the norm washing group were 45.0% by Pro-tect M detection and 40.0% by Jie Li paper detection. The positive detection rates in the 6 min multi-enzyme soaking group were 15.0% by Pro-teet M deteetion and 18.3% by Jie Li paper detection. The positive detection rates in the 3 min multi-enzyme soaking group were 20.0% by Pro-teet M detection and 33.3% by Jie Li paper detection. The cleaning results of the three methods were eompared by Chi-square test and Kruskal-Wallis H test of completely randomized design for multiple samples, and there were statistically signifieant differenees (P〈0.05). [ Conclusions ] The cleaning effects of both the improvement processes of the 6 min muhi-enzyme soaking group and the 3 min multi-enzyme soaking group were superior to that of the normal one, and there was no signifieant difference between the 6 min muhi-enzyme soaking group and the 3 min muhi-enzyme soaking group. It is recommended to use the improvement process of 3 min multi-enzyme soaking to clean rigid endoseopic equipment of operation room in clinic.
