摘 要:目的了解2003-2007年吉林大学第一医院肠球菌的耐药性变化情况。方法采用纸片扩散法进行药敏试验,根据美国临床实验室标准化研究所(CLSI)的标准判断结果。采用WHONET-5软件进行分析。结果2003-2007年我院收集肠球菌642株,来自尿液、呼吸道标本、分泌物及脓液、血液的比例分别占44.4%,21.8%,18.7%,8.6%。庆大霉素高耐粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌检出率分别为57.4%-72.5%,72.1%-93.8%。未发现对万古霉素、替考拉宁耐药的肠球菌。肠球菌多重耐药严重,临床常用抗菌药物的耐药性呈逐年上升趋势。结论加强肠球菌细菌耐药监测,了解其耐药变迁,指导临床合理用药,防止耐药菌株的传播。Objective To investigate anfimicrobial resistance of Enterococcus isolated in the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin University during 2003 - 2007. Methods Disk diffusion test was used to study the antimicrobial resistance. The results were evaluated based on Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute. WHONET 5 was applied for analysis. Results Most of 642 Enterococcus strains were collected from urine (44. 4% ), respiratory secretion specimen (21.8%) , secretions and abscesses( 18.7% ) and blood ( 8. 6% ) during 5 years. The rates of high-level aminoglycosides resistant (HLAR) in Enterococcusfaecalis and Enterococcusfaecium was 57. 4% -72. 5% and 72. 1% -93. 8% ,respectively. There was no vancomycin and teicoplanin resistant strain. Susceptibility test showed that Enterococcus was multiple resistant. During the 5 years, the andmicrobial resistance of Enterococcus increased. Conclusion Monitoring of the antimicrobial resistance of Enterococcus should be strengthened. The change of the anfimicrobial resistance should be investigated in order to direct rational drug usage in clinic.
