摘  要:目的调查儿童呼吸道铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)感染的临床特点及其耐药性。方法收集2005年10月至2007年10月苏州大学附属儿童医院呼吸病区送检的3301例呼吸道感染患儿的痰标本,对经分离培养、菌株鉴定获得的34例PAE阳性株进行药敏试验,并回顾其感染后的临床特点。结果PAE除对复方新诺明的耐药率为94.2%外,对其他各种抗生素的耐药性均较低,对β-内酰胺类、氨基糖苷类、碳青酶烯类、β-内酰胺类含酶抑制剂复合药的耐药率均<10%。PAE呼吸道感染后多表现为一般支气管肺炎的临床特点,重症者少见。结论PAE对多种抗生素均较敏感,但分离率有增高趋势,所以治疗时应根据药敏试验合理谨慎选用抗生素,有效控制PAE感染及减缓耐药株的产生。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and antibiotic resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa in the respiratory tract infection of children. Methods Out of 3301 specimens 34 P.aeruginosa were isolated and identified in The Children' s Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University, from October 2005 to October 2007, and antimicrobial susceptibility tests were performed. Results Antibiotics resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa was low for all antibiot- ics except for trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole. The result of drug susceptibility showed that P. aeruginosa had a low resis- tance rate to the 13-1actamases , aminoglycosides , carbapenem and β-lactamases antibiotics/inhibitor , respectively , accounting for less than 10%. Most of children infected with pseudomonas aeruginosa had the same clinical characteristics of common pneumonia. Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa is relatively sensitive to many kinds of antimicrobial agents in children, but isolating rate tends to increase; in order to control pseudomonas aeruginosa infections and slow down the occurrence of the resistant strains, we should be more careful in choosing antimicrobial agents according to antimicrobial susceptibility test.
