摘　　要：文章主要探讨了我国数字图书馆在发展过程中存在的几种版权授权模式,并剖析其存在的问题,进而提出完善我国数字图书馆版权授权模式,为数字图书馆快速、健康发展提供法律支持。参考文献4。This paper mainly discusses several kinds of copyright authorization pattern existing in the development of digital library in our country,analyzes the existing problems and proposes the pattern of improving digital library s copyright authorization to provide legal support for the digital library s fast and healthy development.
