摘　　要：百色水利枢纽是一座以防洪为主，兼有发电、灌溉、航运、供水等综合效益的工程，通过兴利与防洪结合的径流调节计算，广西电网的电力电量平衡计算，电力系统现值费用计算，以及电站下游不稳定流计算，最后选定电站的装机容量为５４０ＭＷ。Baise water project is a comprehensive large scale development scheme mainly for flood control,incorporated with power generation,irrigation,navigation and water supply.Through computation on runoff regulation incorporated with flood control and water benefit promoting,computation on power balance of Guangxi power grid,analyzing of cost of power system,as well as calculation of downstream unstable flow, 540 MW is selected to be installed in the station.
