摘 要:通过对内蒙古西部区3种主要乡土荒漠植物VA菌根真菌调查,探讨这些乡土荒漠植物的VA菌根特性,进而了解它们在内蒙古西部荒漠区的生存机理。采用Philips和Haymay染色法对柠条、沙棘、甘草等3种植物的营养根染色观察,以及采用湿筛倾析—蔗糖离心法对根际土壤孢子进行分离鉴定。结果表明,柠条、沙棘、甘草等3种植物的根际土壤中共筛出11种丛枝菌根真菌孢子,分别为聚丛球囊霉、白色球囊霉、近明球囊霉、明球囊霉、幼套球囊霉、集球囊霉、地球囊霉、摩西球囊霉、美丽盾巨孢囊霉及球囊霉属的2个存疑种。其中,地球囊霉和美丽盾巨孢囊霉为3种植物共有种;地球囊霉是沙棘的优势种;聚丛球囊霉是柠条和甘草的优势种。Characteristics of vesicular arbuscular (VA) mycorrhizal fungi from three local desert plants in west Inner Mongolia were investigated and explored in order to find out their survival mechanism. The root penetration staining with Philips and Haymay' s methods were adopted to observe the nutritive root of Caragana korshinkii, Hippophae rhammoides, and Glycyrrhiza uralensis, and isolated and identified rhizosphere soil spores adopting centrifugation-sugar flotation. The results showed that 11 species of VA mycorrhizal fungi were collected from them, they were Glomus aggregatum, G albidum, G. claroideum, G. clarum, G. etunicatum, G. fasciculatum, G. geosporum, G. mosseae, Scutellospora calospora, and two other suspected species G. sp. Among them G. gepsporum, and Scutellospora calospora were the co-existing species of the three plants, and G. geosporum was the dominant species of Hippophae rhammoides, G. aggregatum was the dominnat species of Caragana korshinkii, and Glycyrrhina uralensis.
