摘  要:通过正交试验研究了添加剂TN1、电源波形(全波、半波、直流)、电流密度和pH值对镍钴合金电铸液分散能力的影响。结果表明,添加剂TN1的加入可以很大程度地提高分散能力;电源波形为全波时分散能力最好。添加剂TN1提高分散能力的原因主要是提高了阴极极化和降低了高电流密度区的电流效率;电源波形影响铸液分散能力主要是由于它对溶液导电性和电流效率有影响。添加剂和波形对分散能力的影响实质上是对双电层影响的结果。The effects of additive TNI,power waveform(full wave,half wave,direct cur-rent),current density and pH on the throwing power of Ni-Co al-loy electrotorming solution were investigated by orthogonal test.Results show that addictive TN1 has a significant effect on the throwing power.The power waveform has a minor effect on the throwing power,while the current density and pH have few effects on the throwing power of the electroforming solution.The reasons lie in that TN1 can promote the cathodic polarization and signifi-cantly decrease the current efficiency in a high current density re-gion,while power waveforms affect the electrical conductivity and current efficiency as well.The effects of the additive and wave-form on the throwing power are essentially referred to as the effects on electric double layer.
