摘  要:钻杆接头是石油钻柱的重要组成部分,而耐蚀性是钻杆接头性能的重要指标。通过硫酸铜点滴试验,研究了磷化液的游离酸度、总酸度、酸比、磷化时间和温度对钻杆接头磷化膜耐蚀性的影响,得出各参数的最佳范围。结果表明:控制磷化液的游离酸度12~15点,总酸度140~170点,酸比10~11,磷化温度75℃左右,磷化时间20~25min,所得磷化膜耐腐蚀性能最佳。Drill pipe joints are the impor-tant parts of petroleum drilling strings,whose corrosion resistance plays a critical role in governing the service performance.By making use of copper sulfate dripping corrosion test,the effects of various processing factors such as free acidity,total acidity,acid ratio,and time and temperature of phosphating on the corrosion resistance of the phesphating coating were investigated.Results indicate that phosphating coating with optimized corrosion resist-ance can be obtained by adjusting free acidity at 12 ~ 15 points,total acidity at 140 ~ 170 points,acid ratio 10 ~ 11,phosphating temperature of about 75 ℃,and phesphating time of about 20 ~ 25 min.The resulting drill pipe joints showed satisfactory corro-sion resistance in service.
