摘　　要：用饱和水溶液和研磨法制备磷酸苯丙哌林（１）的β－环糊精（２）包合物，采用正交试验法探讨了制备包合物的最佳工艺条件。经红外光谱鉴定。Both methods of disolution and grinding to produce benproperine phosphateβcyclodextrin inclusion compound were described.The optimal technical conditions via orthogoral design were discussed.The inclusion compound prepared gave a satisfactory infrared spectrum.
