双膦酸类化合物快原子轰击质谱的测定

摘　　要：采用快原子轰击质谱法测定了６个双膦酸类化合物，根据样品性质分别选择甘油、甘油＋ＨＣｌ、甘油＋ＤＭＳＯ为基质，得到了准分子离子峰和加合离子峰。Six bisphosphonate compounds were determinated by the fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry(FABMS). The quasi molecular ion peaks and adduct ion peaks of them appear on FABMS under the selected conditions. It is important to choose the proper matrix(e.g. glycerin, glycerin plus hydrochloric acid or DMSO, etc) according to the nature of the compound.
