摘　　要：用ＳｈｉｍｐａｃｋＣ１８柱，乙腈－０．３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钾（８∶９２，磷酸调节ｐＨ３．０）为流动相，采用ＨＰＬＣ法测定维多宝泡腾片中泛酸钙的含量，平均回收率为９９．７％，ＲＳＤ为０．８０％。A HPLC method was used for determination of calcium pantothenate in WeiDuoBao effervescent tablets, using Shimpack C18 column, acetonitrile0.3 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate(8∶92)(adjusted pH3.0 with phosphoric acid) as mobil phase at column temperature 35℃, UV detection at 210 nm. The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.1￣0.9 mg/ml of calcium pantothenate(r=0.9997), and the average recovery was 99.7%, RSD=0.80%.
