摘　　要：以额定载重量1600kg病床电梯为例，讨论了病床电梯的结构设计，包括电梯基本参数的合理选择，舒适性和可靠性的实现等。设计过程中严格按照GB7588—2003的规定计算轿厢有效面积等关键技术参数，同时合理地引入了小井道、大轿厢的设计思路。In this paper, construction design of bed elevator has been discussed according to GB 7588-2003 which included the reasonable choices of basic parameters and the realization of comfort and reliability, taking 1 600kg bed elevator for example. It is pointed out that the key qualities of bed elevator mentioned above can be guaranteed by calculating the important parameters such as available area of car etc. By introducing the idea of combination smaller well with bigger car elaborately the installation of elevator will just need much less but more available construction space than the elevator of normal car.
