摘  要:通过实验,主要研究几种表面处理方法对环氧胶粘涂层剪切强度的不同影响,实验分别采用了机械处理、酸洗、冷磷化和偶联处理的方法。根据实验数据,绘制了表面粗糙度与环氧胶粘涂层剪切强度的关系曲线,通过对比的方法,对试验结果从理论上进行了详细地分析。实验结果表明,冷磷化处理和偶联处理方法能显著提高环氧涂剪切强度。Different effects to the shear bond strength of epoxy adhesive coating in several surface treatment methods were studied in the experiments where mechanical processing, acid pickling, cold parkerizing process and coupling treatment methods were used. According to the experimental data, the relationship curve between the surface roughness and shear bond strength of epoxy adhesive coating was mapped, and a detailed theoretical analysis after comparing the test results was made. The results show that the two methods of cold parkerizing process and coupling treatment can improve the shear bond strength of epoxy adhesive coating significantly.
