摘 要:本文利用我国1979~2005年29个省、直辖市、自治区的面板数据,根据我国农业政策改革的不同阶段性,采用时不变阈值面板随机前沿模型,考虑地区间生产技术的差异性,分别测算了不同阶段的农业生产技术效率。结果显示,1979~1984年,我国农业生产效率得到了很大改善,各地区农业生产技术不存在显著地区差异性。1985~1991年,我国农业生产效率最高,部分地区依靠资本投入,提高了生产技术。这一阶段的农业改革政策最有效;1992~1999年,我国农业生产效率开始下滑,各地区农业生产技术的差异性拉大;1999~2005年,我国农业生产效率进一步下滑,各地区农业生产技术差异性开始缩小。Applying 1979~2005 annual panel data of 29 provinces and cities in our country, according to different stages of China agricultural policy reforms; considering the regional differences in production technology, this paper separately measured the technical efficiency of agricultural production of different stages using time-invariant stochastic frontier panel threshold model. The results showed that in 1979~1984, China agricultural production technical efficiency had been greatly improved; agricultural production technology didn't exist significant differences in the region. In 1985 ~ 1991, China agricultural production technology efficiency was most effective. Some areas that relied on capital investment improved the production technology. The agricultural reform policies of this phase were the most effective. In 1992~ 1999, China agricultural production efficiency began to decline, and the differences of agricultural production technology became widening. In 1999~2005, agricultural production efficiency further declined, and the differences of agricultural production technologies started to narrow.
