摘　　要：美国次贷危机进一步加深,并推动全球经济衰退。本文分析了该危机对全球应对气候变化进程造成的影响,随后对基于排放交易体系和碳市场对未来全球应对气候变化进行了展望,最后,提出了我国的思考,主要是:正确认识金融危机的短期性与应对气候变化的长期性;正确认识金融危机对我国应对气候变化进程带来的挑战与机遇;迅速抓住机遇,有步骤推进我国低碳经济转型;探索适合我国特色的低碳经济促进型的金融体系。The deepening of the American sub-prime loan crisis has resulted in an global economic recession. This article analyzes the impacts of the crisis on the global climate change development, particularly on carbon market, clean energy market as well as the preliminary actions against climate change. Following that, the article addresses on the prospect of the global fight against climate change on the basis of the emissions trading system and the carbon market. Finally, the article elaborates on the considerations of our country, including： to correctly understand the temporality of the financial crisis and the long-term characteristics of climate change, to correctly understand the challenges and opportunities brought to China by financial crisis in the prospect of fighting climate change; to take the opportunity and gradually promote the low-carbon economy transition in our country; and to explore a practical financial system favorable for low-carbon economy with Chinese characteristics.
