摘　　要：通过对数据流的基本概念、字节(符)流、文件操作方法的研究,用实例的形式对Java.io包中File、FileInputStream和FileOutputStream类、Java.lang包中StringBuffer类在信息处理、网站开发中的应用进行分析与探讨。Through to data stream basic concept, byte （character） class, file operation method research, with the example form to java.io package of File, FilelnputStream and the FileOutputStream kind, java.lang the package of StringBuffer kind in the information processing, the website development＇s application carries on the analysis and the discussion.
