摘　　要：大庆市开发利用水资源现状与规划是以开采深层承压水为主。由于承压水的过量开采,已出现两个承压水的降落漏斗,并形成潜水对于承压水越层补给,承压水水质恶化。对于大庆市地下水开发现状与规划值得重新审视,应深入调查研究,加强对浅层地下水开发利用,充分利用潜水资源,为合理开发利用地下水提供科学依据。Because of the regional imbalance of groundwater exploitation and replenishment, two fillers have come into being in the downtown, which has caused the more and more phreatic water replenishment from other layers and will deteriorate water quality. Except for personal understanding, the impersonal conditions such as worse quality of low water, bad condition of digging well, small water production and so on are also the causes. So, more research should be done to provide foundation for changing the status quo and programming of groundwater exploitation.
