血清检测多种抗神经节苷脂抗体同时出现阳性结果临床意义分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清检测多种抗神经节苷脂抗体同时出现阳性结果的临床意义及可能原因。方法回顾分析11例多种神经节苷脂抗体同时出现阳性结果患者的临床资料。结果全部11例患者均出现抗GM1-IgM抗体及抗GD1b-IgM抗体检测阳性，临床症状学研究和电生理检查均显示患者运动受累明显，而感觉受累并不显著。其中7例患者还同时出现了抗GQ1b—IgM抗体检测阳性，表现为明显的运动障碍，颅神经受累，腱反射减低以及共济失调，感觉症状不明显。结论多种抗神经节苷脂抗体检测同时出现阳性结果的患者在症状学上并没有完全表现为相应单个抗神经节苷脂抗体对应症状的组合，提示出现多种抗神经节苷脂抗体可能存在着特殊的机制。Objective To investigate the clinical significance anti--gangliosides with positive results at the same time. Methods and possible causes for several serum The clinical data of 11 patients with positive anti--ganglioside was retrospectively analyzed. Results All 11 patients showed positive in anti-- GM1--IgM and anti--GD1b--IgM tests; clinical symptoms and electropbysiological studies have shown that patients are significantly affected by movement disturbance, with no significant sensory involvement. 7 out of 11 patients with anti--GQlb--IgM positive presented experiencing obvious movement disturbance, cranial nerve involvement, reduced tendon reflexes and Ataxia. Conclusions In symptomatology, patients with several serum anti--ganglioside positive did not fully demonstrate the combination of corresponding single symptom of the anti--ganglioside, suggesting the presence of special mechanism in the case of several serum anti--ganglioside positive.
