摘　　要：比萨拉比亚地区由于其独特的地理位置和民族构成情况,在历史上于罗马尼亚和苏俄之间几易其手,这一领土争端和该地区的民族矛盾史称"比萨拉比亚问题"。阐述"比萨拉比亚(Bessarabia)问题"的发展过程,认为国际体系的演变和欧洲大国的力量角逐,以及摩尔多瓦民族主义的发展变化,对这一问题产生了深刻的影响。Because of her unique location and national constitution, the territory known as Bessarabia changed hands between Romania and Russia several times. ＂Bessarabia Issue＂ consists of territorial disputes and national contradictions. This paper analyses the process of its formation and escalation. By comprehens- ive analysis in terms of this issue, the author concludes that the evolution of international system, the rivalries of European powers as well as the development of Moldovan nationalism play profound roles in the genesis and evolvement of ＂Bessarabia Issue＂.
