参附强心丸中人参、大黄、桑白皮的薄层色谱鉴别及乌头碱限度检查

摘　　要：目的:完善参附强心丸的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中人参、大黄、桑白皮进行鉴别,并对乌头碱进行限量检查。结果:薄层色谱中斑点清晰、阴性对照无干扰,乌头碱含量在规定范围之内。结论:本方法可行、专属性强、重复性好,可用于参附强心丸的质量控制。The effort is to work out a more rational standard for the quality control of Shenfu Qiangxin Pills. To achieve the said purpose, TLC was employed to identify three crude herbal elements in Shenfu Qiangxin Pills, and to examine aconitine on a limited basis. Results show that the TLC sports developed were fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference. Quantitative determiration of aconitine is also up to standard. It is believed that the method is feasible and repeatable, with little interference. It can be used for the quality control of Shenfu Qiangxin Pills.
