北部湾经济区建设中南宁宏观经济发展对策

摘　　要：面对不容乐观的国际经济形势,南宁对外经济战略布局需要调整。国内刺激经济举措颁布,南宁经济发展面临新机遇。南宁要在国内外特殊经济形式下,充分发挥北部湾核心城市的作用,起到领导经济发展的关键性作用,就要在短期内加大投资力度,确保经济的平稳增长;调整中长期外向型经济布局,做好进出口贸易,还要建立以消费为主的经济增长模式。Being involved in the difficult international economy situation, Nanning＇s foreign economic strategy needs to be adjusted. As the national actions being taken on stimulating economy, Nanning is faced with new opportunities to enhance the economic development. Recently the city＇s national economy is being stably operated except for some part declines. In the present special domestic and international economic situation, Nanning is supposed to win the challenge to take up the leading role in area economic development as the nucleus city in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. To achieve this goal, the short-term strategy is to strengthen investment for assuring a stable economic increase; the medium-and long-term＇s is to adjust foreign economic layout for optimizing import and export-oriented trade; the long-term＇s is to build up a consumption-lod economic growth model.
