摘　　要：目的 :研究外源性超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)对机体的影响。方法 :测定 SOD免疫家兔组织中SOD、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)及过氧化脂质 (LPO)的水平。结果 :与对照组相比 ,SOD免疫的家兔心、肾的 SOD活力 ,以及心、肾、肝的 GSH- Px活力明显下降 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;而心、肝、肾和脑的 LPO含量均明显增加 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论Objective:To investigate the effects of exogenous SOD on the bodies.Meathods:Home made purified SOD was used to immunize rabbits.When the titer of rabbit anti bovine SOD antibody was high,the level of SOD,CAT,GSH-Px,and LPO in the main tissue was measured.Results:Compared with the control,the activity of SOD in heart and kidney,the CAT activity in kidney,as well as the activity of GSH-Px in heart,kidney,and liver decreased markedly ( P <0 01).Meanwhile,the content of LPO in heart,liver,and brain increased ( P <0 01).Conclusion:It is implied that the SOD may have some effect on free radical metabolism after immunization.
