摘  要:采用雷诺应力模型(RSTM)对于反旋向多漩流器阵列贫油直喷(LDI)燃烧室的非反应冷态流场进行了数值模拟。研究中采用了一种3×3的漩流器阵列结构,相邻漩流器的旋向交替变化。计算结果表明,所研究的燃烧室流场结构十分复杂。由于相邻漩流器之间对于漩流的强化作用,因而各回流区维持了较长的长度。流场中存在的多个回流区及强湍流表明该燃烧室有潜力实现良好的燃烧性能。通过将雷诺应力模型的模拟结果与LDV实验数据进行比较发现,计算结果与实验值符合良好,说明雷诺应力模型较好地求解了回流区和高速度梯度问题。Aim. We have gradually come to believe that Multi-point Lean Direct Injection (LDI) methodology will be employed to obtain good combustion performance and ultra low NOx emissions in high performance aircraft engines in the near future. We now report the results of our exploratory study on the flow field by a counter-rotating multi-swirler array in a lean direct injection (LDI) combustor. In the full paper, we explain in detail our exploration; in this abstract, we just add some pertinent remarks to the two topics of our explanation: (A) computational method and model; Fig. 1 in the full paper shows the computational mesh of the eombustor model with nine groups of swirlers arranged in a 3 X 3 pattern (Fig. 2). The downstream of the swirlers is a 220 mm-long rectangular burner duct with its cross section of 72 mm X 72 mm. (B) computational results and analysis; numerical simulation of the flow field of the combustor is carried out by using Reynolds stress turbulence model(RSTM) and the results are compared with experimental data. The computational results indicate that the flow fields considered here are of very complicated structures, especially for the flow structures just next to the swirler array as is indicated in Figs. 3 and 4. In this region, there is a highly turbulent flow structure due to the mixing of air jets and interactions of swirling flows; after this point, the flow becomes uniform. Because of the enhancing interactions between adjacent swirlers, the array retains the individual swirler characteristics across a longer distance. It is the existence of recirculation zones and strong turbulence levels that indicate the potential for good combustion performance and Low NOx emissions. The RSTM-computed results are compared to laser Doppler velocimetry (LDV) measurements. Figs. 4, 5 and 8 in the full paper show clearly that the RSTM result agrees very well with the LDV data, which indicates that the RSTM performs better in resolving recirculation zones and high velocity grad
