摘  要:目的:探索骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的特征性免疫表型,评估流式细胞术(FCM)在其诊断中的价值。方法:采用FCM检测20例MDS患者及10例对照骨髓单个核细胞的免疫表型。结果:①MDS患者CD34+细胞比例明显增加,且高度MDS患者CD34+细胞比例高于低度患者,而低度MDS患者CD34+细胞比例与对照组相近。②MDS患者粒系SSC的平均荧光强度明显低于对照组。③MDS患者粒细胞CD13/CD16分布明显异常,且与形态学粒系病态造血无关。④MDS患者粒细胞CD56表达频率增高。⑤MDS患者红系CD71平均荧光强度低于对照组。⑥MDS患者红系CD71/GlyA分布可见明显异常,且与形态学红系病态造血无关。结论:FCM在MDS的诊断方面有着重要意义,可以作为重要的补充手段。Objective:To explore the immunophenotype characteristics of myelodysplastic syndrome, and evaluate the value of flow cytometry in the diagnosis of MDS. Method:To detect the immunophenotype of the mononuclear ceils of the bone marrow in 20 MDS patients and 10 controls by flow cytometry. Result:(1)The proportion of CD34^+ cells in MDS was increased, and the proportion in hi-grade MDS was higher than that in low-grade MDS, while there was no significant difference between low-grade MDS and control. (2)The mean fluorescence intensity of side scatter in myeloid cells was lower than that in the control. (3)The MDS patients showed significantly abnormal distribution pattern of CD13/CD16 compared to the control, which was independent to the morphology of myeloid dysplasia. (4)The frequency of CD56 was expressed higher in MDS than that in control. (5)The means fluorescence intensity of CD71 in the erythroid cells was lower than that in control. (6)The MDS show a significant abnormal distribution pattern of CD71/GlyA compared to the control, which is independent to the morphology of erythroid dysplasia. Conclusion:FCM is significant in the diagnosis of MDS.
