摘  要:中国冰晶石生产目前处于萤石法和磷化工副产法(硅法)并存的局面。以提高资源利用率和产品质量为目标,研发了冰晶石联产优质白炭黑等环保型新工艺,以及脱硅、除铁、除硫酸根、分步结晶、冰母废液级联分离-吸附、降低灼减率等新技术。工艺技术的进步,为冰晶石生产技术整体水平的提升打下了良好的基础。硅法工艺为冰晶石工业开辟了丰富的新氟源,重点发展硅法工艺技术,不仅可节约氟资源,而且可使磷化工副产物得到有效利用,符合循环经济发展模式,是冰晶石生产技术发展的客观要求和必然趋势。At present, cryolite production is in the coexistence situation of fluorine method and phosphorus chemical in- dustry by-product method (silicon method). In order to improve resource utilization efficiency and production quality, new environment-friendly technologies like joint production of cryolite and high〈luality silica etc. as well as many new techniques such as desilication, iron elimination, sulfate radical removing, fractional crystallization, cascade separation adsorption of waste liquor, and ignition loss reduction, were researched and developed. Development of technology makes a good base for the upgrade of whole cryolite production level. New technologies opened up abundant new fluoride resources for cryolite pro- duction and development of silicon technology can not only save fluorine resources, but also by-products in phosphorus chem- ical industry can be utilized effectively, which in line with China's recycling economy development pattern, at the same time, it is the objective requirement and an inevitable trend of developing cryolite production technology.
