摘 要:为了提高粉煤灰利用的附加值,通过试验对传统的酸浸、碱溶法进行改进,确定"一酸两浸/两碱联合"法为粉煤灰利用时元素溶出的新工艺,该法共分酸浸、碱溶、焙烧、二次酸浸4个阶段,对硅、铝、铁的最高利用率分别可达97.07%,86.67%,96.54%。产品聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)符合聚合氯化铝GB 15892—2003Ⅱ类标准的相关指标,并确定了其最佳投加量为25 mg/L,验证了该产品有较宽的pH使用范围;白炭黑1优于沉淀二氧化硅质量标准(HG/T 3061—1999),白炭黑2符合该质量标准;X射线衍射和扫描电镜对两种白炭黑产品的分析结果一致,均为无序的非晶态;通过经济效益分析可知,每利用1 t粉煤灰,可获净利润为2 059.51元,具有良好的经济效益。In order to improve additional value of using fly ash, many experiments had been carried out to improve the conventional acid-leaching and alkali dissolution process, and finally a technology called ' dip in twice with one acid/unite two kinds of alkali' was determined as the new technology of element leaching in fly ash's utilization. This technology con- sisted of four steps, namely, acid leaching, alkali dissolution, roasting, and second acid leaching. Maximum utilization rates of Si,Al,and Fe could reach 97.07% , 86.67% , and 96.54% respectively. Polyaluminium ferric chloride ( PAFC} product met the relative requirement of standard ]] of polyaluminium chloride in GB 15892--2003 ,the best dosing quantity was de- termined as 25 mg/L, and its wider applicable range of pH was verified. Quality of silica No. 1 was better than the require- ment of National Standard of Precipitated Silica ( HG/T 3061--1999 ) , and quality of silica No. 2 met the requirement of the Standard. Analysis results by X - ray diffraction ( XRD ) and scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) were identical, namely, silica No. 1 and silica No. 2 were both made up of disordered noncrystalline state materials. Economic benefit analysis indi- cated that it could obtain 2 059.51 yuan net profit by utilizing 1 t fly ash. Therefore,it has good economic benefit.
