摘　　要：介绍了化学气相沉积、原位热压、熔体浸渍、自蔓延高温合成等原位制备碳／陶复合材料的技术，展望了碳／陶复合材料的应用和发展前景。In-situ fabrication technology of carbon/ceramic composite including chemical vapor deposition,in-situ synthesis and hot-pressing,melt infiltration,self-propagating high-temperature synthesis was introduced.The prospective applications and developments of the composites were briefly discussed.
