摘 要:随着多电/全电飞机技术的发展,航空中频(360~800Hz)供电系统容量大幅提高,需要设计新型的小体积、轻重量、大开断容量的开关以替代原有的空气开关,真空开关具有上述优点,具有应用于航空领域的优势,但目前中频真空开关理论研究较少。利用单频振荡回路在杯状纵向磁场灭弧室中产生中频真空电弧,得到了杯状纵磁灭弧室中频电流的开断能力、电弧电压幅值及噪声、阳极熔化现象与电流幅值和电流频率的关系。With the development of more/all-electric aircraft technology, the capacity of aviation intermediate frequency (360-800 Hz) power supply system increases greatly. New switch with small volume, light weight and large capacity of interrupting current has become necessity as a substitution for air switch, vacuum switch has these advantages, so it has superiority in aviation field application. But there are few research reports about intermediate frequency vacuum switch. In this paper, intermediate frequency vacuum arc generating in a single frequency oscillating circuit was studied in cup-type vacuum interrupter with axial magnetic field. Upper limit of current interruption, arc voltage and its noise component, anode melting phenomena and the correlations between the measured arc voltage and the current frequency were achieved.
