摘 要:用偏光显微镜对完全相容的PVF2/PMMA溶液共混物的结晶行为进行了研究,实验结果表明,共混物中PVF2的结晶能力和结晶形貌不仅与共混物的组成有关,而且还与溶液的浓度有关,溶液浓度越低,PVF2的结晶能力越强,结晶形貌越复杂。The blends of PVF 2/PMMA with different compositions were prepared by solution blending, and cyclohaxanon was used as solvent. Two different kinds of solution concentration, i.e. 0.5% and 2.0% (mass/vol%), were used for preparation of films for polarized microscopy observation: the films were prepared by direct casting the solution onto microscopy slides, which were kept at different temperatures and for different times as required. The results obtained show that the crystallization ability and the crystalline morphology of PVF 2 in the blends are not only related to the compositions of the blends, but also affected by the concentration of the solution. The lower the concentration of the solution is, the stronger the crystallization ability of PVF 2 in the blends and the richer the morphological structure of the blends are.
