摘 要:目的:探讨全野数字乳腺摄影系统在乳腺检查中的应用价值。方法:收集我院进行乳腺检查患者321例进行研究评价,其中,CR乳腺摄影148例,全野数字乳腺摄影173例,分析评价检查时间、图像质量、诊断阳性率,乳腺癌的诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性。结果:CR乳腺摄影平均检查时间13.6min/人,甲级片率91%、诊断阳性率83.1%,其敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为86.8%、89.4%、88.6%。全野数字乳腺摄影系统平均检查时间5.7min/人,甲级片率97%,诊断阳性率92.5%,其诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为91.8%、93.7%、93.1%。结论:全野数字乳腺摄影成像技术优于CR钼靶成像技术,且曝光剂量大大减少,提高了图像质量和乳腺疾病的诊断阳性率,减少了检查时间,乳腺癌的诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性都有提高。Objective: To investigate the clinical value of FFDM (full-field digital mammography) system in breast examination. Methods:Retrospectively studied 321 consecutive patients with breast disease, among whom 173 patients undergone FFDM and 148 patients with CR mammography. Compared and analysed two examinations on average time, quanlity of imaging,positive rate, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of breast cancer. Results: The average examination time, class A images rate,positive rate,sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of breast cancer in FFDM were 5.7 min, 97%, 92.5%, 91.8%, 93.7% and 93.1% respectively, whereas in CR mammography were 13.6min, 91%, 83.1%, 86.8%, 89.4% and 88.6% respectively. Conclusion: FFDM is superior to CR mammography in image quality and radiation dose, and the examination time is shorter. The sensitivity and specificity of breast cancer, the positive rate and accuracy are greatly increased in FFDM compare with CR mammography.
