摘  要:选取经过太空辐射的育种材料303,通过2年的栽培试验,筛选出2个正向突变体,分别为早熟的突变体334和中心糖度升高的突变体333-2。以303-m为父本,以白皮甜瓜与网纹甜瓜杂交后筛选固定的育成种材料319为母本,选育出优质甜瓜杂交组合319×303-m。该组合具有较强的抗病性,果肉较紧,耐贮藏,不易产生发酵果,成熟果中心糖度16度以上,适宜在东部沿海地区推广种植。Through 2-year cultural trials,2 forward mutants(an early maturing mutant 334 and a mutant 333-2 with a higher central sugar degree)were selected from the space radiation-induced material 303 of Cucumis rnelo. The mutant 303-m and the hybrid 319 bred by crossing white skin melon with netted melon were used respectively as a male parent and a female parent, and a superior hybridized combination 319 × 303-m was bred. The combination possesses high disease resistance and its fruit is rather compact in pulp and tolerant to storage. The central sugar degree of its mature fruit is over 16. It is suitable for planting in the eastern coastal area of China.
