现代分析测试方法在PVC色母料制备中的应用

摘　　要：采用扫描电镜、电子探针、布拉本达流变仪等方法表征PVC色母料的颜料预分散效果,用DSC、TGA方法分析不同母料载体与塑料的相容性及对其热稳定性的影响。实验结果表明:采用上述现代仪器分析方法来研究PVC色母料的性能较传统的经验判断更具科学性和准确性,并可推广应用于其他功能母料性能的分析和表征。The dyestuff probationary distribution effect of PVC colour masterbatches was characterized by SEM, EP-MA and Brabender rheometer. The compatibility between different masterbatches carrier and plastics and the influence of different masterbatches and plastics on heat stability were analysed by DSC and TGA. The results show that the properties of PVC colour masterbatches analyzed by morden instruments as mention above have more scientific and accurate, compared with traditional method, and the method can be used to analyzed and characterized the properties of other function masterbatches.
