摘  要:贵州清镇市东郊水厂供水工程取水水源为内陆湖泊水,经地下引水隧道进入集水井,再经泵站供入市政管网。在已有引水隧道施工过程中,开凿了一竖向施工出渣井。为了减少新建泵站的工程量和节约土建成本,将废弃闲置的施工井加深加固,改造为小容积集水井。采用CFD方法,运用Fluent软件对具有不同集水井结构、水泵机组布置形式、水泵运行台数的改造方案进行了模拟分析。结果表明,在小容积集水井底部建立若干小竖井,再将潜水泵吸水管安装在小竖井中,只要输水渠有足够的输水流量,集水井内的水力条件可以满足输水要求。适当增加水泵吸水管管底与小竖井井底之间的距离有利于吸水管均匀吸水,防止多泵运行的相互干扰和避免挟带井底泥沙。改造工程完成后集水井已平稳运行半年多,达到了预期目的。The inland lake water is the source of water supply project for Dongjiao Waterworks in Qingzhen City, flows into water collecting well through underground water channel, and then is supplied to the municipal pipe network by pump station. A working shaft used as materials passage was dug during construction of underground water channel, and was discarded after the channel completed. For reducing the engineering quantity and cost of new pump station, the abandoned working shaft was reconstructed into a small volume water collecting well. The reconstruction scheme of water collecting well with different structure, pump sets arrangement and operating pump number was analyzed by using computational fluid dynamics method and Fluent software. The simulation results show that when some small vertical wells are dug at the bottom of small volume water collecting well, and the submersible motor pump suction pipes are installed in these small wells, the hydraulic conditions in the water collecting well can meet the requirements of the pumps on the premise of adequate water supplied. Making the distance between suction pipe bottom and small vertical well bottom larger appropriately is better for providing good flow regime for the pump intake, avoiding the mutual interference and suction of silt when pumps run. The water collecting well has run stably for more than half a year since the reconstruction engineering was completed, and the expected target was reached.
