摘 要:以某酒店空气源热泵与洗衣房乏汽冷凝水为研究对象,利用洗衣房乏汽余热间接加热已经过非直热式空气源热泵一次加热的低温热水,将非直热式空气源热泵循环制造热水的方法改为非循环一次制造热水,停开了热泵的热水循环泵,节约了电能,并回收乏汽的高温冷凝水;将经过热泵降温的冷空气作为洗衣房的冷源,夏季代替洗衣房制冷空调,以节约电能,开发了一种废蒸汽冷凝水回收利用技术,该技术为酒店回收高温冷凝水达8 634 t/a。Taking the air-source heat pump and steam exhaust condensate from laundry in a hotel as subject investigated, a recovery and utilization technology of waste steam condensate was developed. At first, cold water is warmed up once to low temperature hot water by non-directly-heated air-source heat pump, secondly, the low temperature hot water is heated up indirectly by the waste heat of steam exhaust in the laundry. The operating mode of the non-directly-heated air-source heat pump is changed into primary heating mode, the use of heat water circulating pump is stopped, electrical energy is saved, and high temperature condensation water is recovered. Simultaneously, the freezing air from air-source heat pump is used as cold source for the laundry, instead of cooler air-conditioner for power saving in summer. The high temperature condensation water of 8 634 t per year is recovered in the hotel.
