2341例居家老年慢性病患者抑郁症状及其影响因素的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解福州市鼓山镇居家老年慢性病患者抑郁症状发生情况及其影响因素。方法利用流调中心用抑郁量表,采用整群抽样的方法,对抽取的15个行政单位(村或社)中2341例符合调查标准的居家老年慢性病患者行问卷调查。结果该镇居家老年慢性病患者中抑郁症状发生率为15.7%,男性发生率为13.4%,女性20.7%。多因素分析结果示:不同性别、自理能力、感知觉功能、运动、患病种数、是否独居是其影响因素。结论该镇居家老年慢性病患者抑郁症状较为常见,社区护理人员应针对其影响因素采取相应护理措施,促进居家老年慢性病患者身心健康。Objective To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of depressive symptoms among the elderly people with chronic diseases in Gushan Town of Fuzhou city. Methods A total of 2341 elderly people in 15 villages were recruited by cluster sampling method, and were investigated with the Center for Epidemiological Survey-Depression Scale（CES- D）. Results The prevalence of depressive symptoms was 15.7% among the elderly people,which 13.4% in male and 20.7% in female. The multiple regression analysis showed that the gender,activity of daily living,function of sensory perception,exercises,number of chronic diseases and living alone or not were the influencing factors of depressive symptoms. Conclusions The depressive symptoms among the elderly people in the town were prevalent. Community nurses should take actions to relieve the depressive symptoms according to the influencing factors,and thereby to promote the elderly people＇s physical and mental health.
