摘　　要：目的帮助濒临死亡的新生儿在亲人中间安逸、无痛苦地静静离去,为其家长提供心理支持。方法评估新生儿对治愈性方法已经没有反应。对临终新生儿实施一种积极全面的护理,尊重家庭的选择,评估家长存在的身体、心理、社会和精神需求,并给予积极的回应。结果临终新生儿无痛苦、安详地离去,家长能在短时间内调整好心态,面对现实。结论新生儿的临终关怀与姑息护理是新生儿监护病房护理工作的重要组成部分,做好临终新生儿的护理可以减少护患矛盾,提高护理品质。Objective To help the dying neonates dye in easy and comfortable mode,no pain and with the concern of the relatives,and to provide psychological support for the parents. Method The palliative care was provided for the neonates who had no reaction to the treatment,such as assessment of the neonates and families,implementation of comprehensive care for the neonates ,respect for the choice of parents ,holistic care for the parents according to their physical,psychological ,social and spiritual needs. Result The dying neonates died quietly without pain. Their parents adjusted themselves successfully in a short time and could face up to the death of the neonates. Conclusion Terminal care and palliative treatment of neonates is an important part of nursing in neonatal intensive care unit. Good palliative care for the neonates can reduce nurse-patient disputes and improve the quality of nursing.
