摘 要:恒温槽温度的高精度控制和精确液位检测与准确计时是影响重力式毛细管粘度仪测量准确度的关键因素。提出并设计了一种将改进Bang-Bang控制、模糊控制、PID控制与DSP的PWM控制相结合的恒温槽温度复合智能控制方法,构建了一种改进型峰值液位检测方法,实现了恒温槽温度的精确控制和粘度仪的液位自动检测与准确计时。实测结果表明,采用复合智能温度控制和改进型峰值液位检测的重力式毛细管粘度仪各项指标均达到或优于工业粘度计国家标准要求,计时误差0.3%,恒温槽温度控制准确度达0.05℃。Precise control of water tank temperature and accurate liquid level detection are two key technologies of gravity-capillary viscometer. A composite intelligent control method for water tank temperature is composed based on improved Bang-Bang control, Fuzzy control, PID control and PWM control of DSP, and a method of improved peak liquid level detection is established for accurate automatic timing. Experimental results show that the viscometer with this method is better than the industrial viscometer defined by Chinese national standards, whose timing error is less than 0.3% and whose accuracy of water tank temperature is 0.05℃.
