摘　　要：根据工业控制现场需要,提出了采用德国Beckhoff公司生产的嵌入式PC控制器及驱动模块实现步进电机群控的设计方案。通过与PLC控制方案的对比,实践表明,此控制系统具有硬件配置简单、可靠性高、在线诊断维护更加方便的特点,对实现大量电机的控制有参考价值。This paper puts forward a control project according to the needs of industry field and realizes it using embedded PC controller produced by Beckhoff company. Compared this project with PLC control project, it shows the control system possess the characteristics such as the structure is simple and the reliability is high and mend convenient, so it has important reference value.
