对急性心肌梗死急性期泵功能评估的验证

摘　　要：应用急性心肌梗死急性期心泵功能数学模型,对106例急性心肌梗死(AMI)急性期(4周内)患者的临床资料进行统计分析。筛选出血压、双肺啰音、心音、奔马律、并发症等5项显性指标,代人回归方程Y=-0.059 5+0.5577 X_8+1.6280 X_9+0.2959 X_10+0.7456 X_11+0.1709X_13。结果表明,该模型对泵功能估计的符合率为84.9％,正常泵功能符合率84.2％,泵衰竭估计符合率86.7％。该回归方程对判断AMI急性期泵功能有一定临床价值。Clinical data of 106 inpatients suffering from acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in acute stage were collected,the data of blood pressure, presence of pulmonary rales, abnormal heart sounds, gallop and accompanying diseases were set in the regressive model Y= -0.059 5 + 0.557 7X8 + 1.628 OX9 +0.295 9X10 + 0.745 6X11 + 0.170 9X13. In consequence, the general correspondence rate of normal pump function was 84.9%, the correspondence rate of normal pump function was 84.2%, and pump failure was 86.7% . So the model would have a certain clinical value in assessing pump function changes in acute stage of AMI.
