摘  要:开发了洞庭湖防洪预警三维虚拟仿真平台,将整个洞庭湖区及周边场景在计算机中虚拟展现。系统开发中应用大范围DEM数据、遥感影像数据、航拍数据和水系、道路、堤岸等矢量数据及实景图片资料,采用地形自动建模软件Terra Vista和地物建模软件Creator完成了大范围地形地物的建模,并对洞庭湖水系精细建模后,与大范围场景形成嵌套建模结构。建立了三维可视化平台,探讨了系统开发中的关键技术,如场景模拟控制、图层读取显示、水体自适应建模等技术,实现了场景的三维可视化及漫游、1954和1998年历史洪水在三维场景下淹没范围的显示以及重点垸和蓄洪垸的显示;并对蓄洪垸内洪水的动态演进过程进行了模拟,能实时显示蓄水量。该系统可提高防洪决策的科学性和效率,为洞庭湖区的规划设计以及防洪调度提供了真实友好的虚拟平台。A 3-D simulation system for flood warning of Dongting Lake was developed, which displayed all terrain and building in and around this area. Application of DEM data, remotely sensed image data, aerial photography data and water systems, roads, embankments, and other vector data and real image data and the software of Terra Vista and Creator model the wide range of terrain and buildings with the river system modelled finely which form the nested structure. The 3-D visualization platform was established and the key techniques, such as controlling simulated scenes, reading and displaying layers, water adaptive modeling, were introduced. The 3-D visualization of the scene and roaming was realized. The catastrophic flood's submerged scope of 1954 and 1998 and the distribution of the major and flood-storage protective embankments surrounding low-lying fields were shown in virtual scene. Based on the hydrodynamic model, the system simulated the flood routing after the protective embankments were broken, which could display real-time water storage capacity. The system can improve the flood control decision-making more scientifically and efficiently and provide a real and friendly virtual platform for the flood control, planning, design of the Dongting Lake.
