摘 要:介绍了滚齿机全误差理论模型的建立原理,提出了一个将该理论模型划分为两个相对独立的子模型并进行适当简化的方案,该方案可以提高滚齿机误差模型在工程应用中的可操作性。依据共轭曲面中的轨迹曲面特性,对直接误差子模型进行了合理的简化。应用该简化模型,通过仿真得到了在指定加工条件下的理想齿廓、在指定误差源作用下的实际齿廓、实际齿廓与理想齿廓之间的偏差量值和偏差特征,这些结果对于有针对性地实施滚齿误差防止和补偿具有直接的指导作用。The modeling principle of an academic total error model for a hobber was introduced firstly. A scheme was proposed which the academic model should be divided to two parts and simplified. On this scheme, maneuverability of the error model for hobber was improved in engineer application. According to the characteristics of trace surface in conjugate surface, the direct error model for gear hobbing was simplified reasonably. Adopting this simplified model, some important results were obtained by emulating, including the ideal gear profile in given machining condition, the actual gear profiles in given error sources, and the error values and characters between ideal gear profile and actual one. These results should be a better guidance to preventing and compensating the errors purposefully in gear hobbing.
