摘  要:本文应用Griess法及放射免疫法测定60例妊娠高血压综合征患者、23例正常晚期妊娠妇女、22例健康非孕妇女血浆NO-2/NO-3和ET-1水平。结果表明:妊高征患者血浆NO-2/NO-3下降,ET-1上升。两者呈明显负相关。本文结果提示:一氧化氮与妊高征病情呈负相关;ET-1与妊高征病情呈正相关;NO和ET-1在妊高征中呈负相关。NO/ET-1比值越小,妊高征病情越重。To investigate the role of nitric oxide(NO) and endothelin(ET-1) in the pathophysiology of pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH),60 patients with PIH and 23 healthy women in their late pregnancy and 22 healthy non-pregnancy women were studied.The antepartum and postpartum plasma NO - 2/NO - 3 levels,the stable metabolic end products of NO,and ET-1 levels were measured with Griess assay and radioimmunoassay respectively.Results showed that:①The levels of plasma NO - 2/NO - 3 in patients with PIH decreased significantly when compared with that of healthy pregnant and non-pregnant women(P<0.01);②The levels of plasma ET-1 in patients with PIH were significantly higher than those in healthy pregnant and non-pregnant women(P<0.01);③There is a negative correlation between NO - 2/NO - 3 and ET-1 in PIH(γ=-0.7268,P<0.01).The results suggest:① a negative correlation between the plasma NO level and degree of PIH;②a positive correlation between the plasma ET-1 level and degree of PIH;and ③ a negative correlation between NO and ET-1 in patients with PIH.The smaller the NO/ET-1 ratio,the severer the PIH.There may exist:①the inhibitor of nitric oxide synthesis(NOS) in the patients with PIH or ②the gene deficiency of NOS in the patients with moderate or severe PIH.
