摘　　要：研究实现了一种P波段载波同步锁相接收机,该接收机可以完成对间断照射雷达信号的快速截获,得到与脉冲雷达信号相参的高稳定低相噪的本振信号,为实现雷达相参系统提供了有效的方法。简要介绍了载波提取电路的工作原理,并分析给出了锁相接收机环路参数的计算公式。最后,以P波段某一频点为例,通过电路仿真软件ADS对该系统的锁定时间进行了仿真,仿真结果与实测结果相差不大,有效验证了系统的正确性。A design of P hand carrier synchronization phase lock receiver is presented. The receiver can carry out fast capture of pulsed radar signal. It can obtain the local oscillator coherent with pulsed radar signal, which provides an effective method to achieve radar coherent system. Then, the operational principle of carrier extracted circuit and the calculating formulas of loop parameters are introduced and analyzed. Finally, take a frequency of P band as an example, the circuit simulation software ADS simulates the lock time of the system and there is little difference between the simulation result and the actual result, which validates the correctness of the system
