广西宾阳膨润土制备活性白土研究

摘　　要：以广西宾阳膨润土为原料制备活性白土,探讨了不同酸度、固液比、反应时间、活化温度对制备活性白土脱色力的影响。研究表明:宾阳膨润土活化最佳参数为:酸度(H2SO4:HCl=1:1)15%～25%,固液比1:4,反应时间4h,反应温度85～105℃。并成功制备出了高效活性白土。Activated clay was prepared with bentonite obtained from Binyang. The activated ability of bentonite was studied with different acidity. The influences of solid liquid ratio, reaction time, activation temperature were discussed on the decoloring capacity of activated clay preparation. It was shown that acidity （H2SO4＋HCl= 1：1,15%-25%）, solid/liquid-ratio（1：4）,reaction time （4h）, reaction temperature （85-105℃ ） were the optimum parameters of Binyang bentonite activation. A high-quality product was successfully gained.
