摘 要:本文采用气流粉碎机进行膨润土超细粉体制备研究,主要考察设备操作参数对该粉体制备效果的影响。结果表明,增大给料速度并不利于膨润土粉碎中粒径的减少;而增大粉碎压力则反之;并且加料压力对膨润土粉碎粒径的影响均较前两者小。通过XRD及IR分析得知粉碎过程中机械力作用使得膨润土晶体结构发生一定变化,从而会引起其物化性能的改变。The paper adopted a jet mill to prepare ultra-fine bentonite, and mainly seek into the effect of equipment operating parameters on bentonite pulverized. The result showed that increasing feeding rate went against the reducing the particle size of bentonite, on the contrary, increasing the crushing press was helpful to that of bentonite. And the feeding press had done less effect when comparing with feeding rate and crushing press. It could be learn that the crystal structure of bentonite would change during the crushing process under the mechanical force through XRD and IR analyzing, which would result to the change of the physical and chemical properties of bentonite.
