我国护理人力资源短缺的现状分析

摘　　要：文章综述了我国护理岗位人力资源配置不足,护士学历、职称比例不合理的现状。通过对我国护理人力资源短缺所引发的问题及原因的探讨,提出了合理配置人力资源的对策,为制订合理的、人性化的配置方式提供理论依据。This paper summarized the status of nursing human resources shortage and the unreasonable structure of educational level and professional titles among nurses in China. Aimed at the reasons of nursing human resources, some strategies were proposed for rational and humanized nurse staffing.
