摘 要:采用传统的胶囊重量测量方法,其测量精度易受放大器和A/D转换器等中间环节的制约。针对这一缺陷,提出一种基于混沌理论的测量电路,并应用于胶囊重量测量仪。其特点是直接将重量映射为二进制代码,从而避开了放大器等中间环节对测量精度的不利影响。文中阐述了混沌重量测量原理,研究了混沌测量电路的实现方法;介绍了测量仪的主要硬件组成和软件流程。用重复实验法,分析了测量仪的稳定性和精度,实验数据表明,该胶囊重量测量仪精度高,方法可行。In conventional measurement method of capsule weight, middle segments such as amplifier and A/D convertor affect the measurement precision easily. Against it, a measurement circuit based on chaotic theory was presented and applied in capsule weight measurement instrument. The significant characteristic is that the circuit maps the weight into binary code directly, and avoids the unfavorable influence of middle segments such as amplifier. The paper formulated the chaotic weight measurement fundamentals, and put forward the implementation of chaotic measurement circuit. The key hardware build-up and the software flow were also improved. Adopting duplication experimental method, the stability and precision of the measurement instrument were analyzed. And the experimental data indicated that the precision of the capsule weight measurement instrument has high precision and the measurement method is feasible.
