摘  要:在Gleeble-1500热模拟仪上用应力弛豫方法实验测定了钛含量为0.13mass%的钛微合金钢的沉淀动力学(PTT)曲线。结果表明,在860~980℃温度区间会出现多种物质或同时或先后的快速形核沉淀现象;PTT曲线的"鼻尖"温度约为900℃,在此温度弛豫的试样中,多数析出相是在保温800s后形核沉淀的;CSP工艺热轧过程新相形核长大所需的时间明显小于应力弛豫试验中各温度下的形核时间,大量新相的形核析出有利于提高CSP工艺钛微合金钢的力学性能。Precipitation-time-temperature curve of microalloyed steel, with 0.13mass% titanium and produced by compact strip process, was mensurated by stress relaxation method on Gleeble-1500 physical simulator. The results showed that several new phases appeared in the sample relaxated on the temperature regin from 860℃ to 980℃. In the sample relaxation on 900℃, the new phases were appear within the soretest time ( about 800s). The time before new phase appeared in the hot rolling Ti-microalloyed steel on CSP process was shorter than that in experimentation. The appearance of a lot of new phases has a obvious effect on the mechanics properties of the Ti-microalloyed steel produced by compact strip process.
