摘　　要：碳硫仪是炼钢生产中成分分析的重要仪器。高频振荡部分是该仪器的主要组成部分,特别对于该仪器的高频振荡电路的维修,是摆在维修人员最为棘手的难题。为此,本文结合该仪器的工作流程和高频振荡系统电路原理,通过介绍碳硫仪振荡系统电路的几例故障的现象、原因、处理过程以及日常维护,为该类仪器的维修人员在处理类似故障时提供维修思路。Carbon-Sulfur Determinator is a important instrument for component analysis in the steelmaking production. High frequency oscillation is a primary component of this instrument. Especially, the repair about electric circuit of high frequency oscillation in this instrument is the most difficult questions for maintainer. Therefore, this article offers maintain idea for maintainers to handle similar faults, and introduces phenomena, reason, solutions and normal maintain about several faults of electric circuit in the instrument system. The operational principle and circuitous philosophy of high frequency oscillation are introduced.
