从载金炭上解吸金的无氰解吸工艺研究——乙醇蒸馏法

摘　　要：研究了从载金炭上解吸金的新工艺———乙醇蒸馏解吸法的基本原理及工艺条件。研究结果表明，该工艺最佳解吸条件：液固比为２∶１；载金炭经过含有乙醇５０％、氢氧化钠４％的预处理液，加热到８０℃，预处理３ｈ；再经５０％的乙醇液，温度８０℃预浸１ｈ；最后在８０℃蒸馏回流４ｈ。解吸后的尾炭金品位在１００ｇ／ｔ以下，金的解吸率可超过９８％，整个净解吸过程约８～９ｈ。该新工艺已在全国推广应用多年。The basic principles and technological conditions of desorbing gold in goldloaded carbon by ethanol distillation method without cyanide were studied.It showed that the optimum desorbing conditions were such as:S/L ratio=2∶1,pretreating goldloaded carbon in solution of 50% ethanol and 4% sodium hydroxide for 3 hour in the temperature 80℃,then pretreating it in solution of 50% ethanol for 1 hour in the temperalure 80℃ followed by distilling for 4 hours in the same temperature.The gold grade of tailing carbon after desorption was less than 100g/t,the desorption ratio of gold was more than 98% and the whole desorbing time was only 8～9 hours.This technology has been applied and popularized for years in China.
